Our history
Originally focused on purchasing optimization, the EPSA Group has embraced significant growth challenges in recent years:
- Pursuing a strategy of both organic and external growth, which has allowed for the diversification of expertise and the development of a solutions platform (over 40 today) centered on purchasing performance, innovation financing, and energy and environmental transition.
- Strengthening its French roots while expanding internationally, establishing itself as the European leader in financial, operational, and sustainable performance.
- Adopting a unique shared governance model, involving all entrepreneur-founders from acquired companies in long-term decision-making and operations, ensuring that each contributes to EPSA’s collective success while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit of the group.
- Placing CSR at the core of its strategy, with the creation of the EPSA Foundation in 2019 and a highly active Commitment Department in 2022.
